Hammer Bro. is a recurring enemy found in the Mario series, known for it's annoyance: throwing hammers around. The hammers are both powerful and hard to dodge at close range. The Hammer Bro. itself, however, can be dealt with any single attack, even a jump.

The hammer bro will behave like SMB1 Bowser: Walking slowly forward and backwards, jumping randomly, tossing his hammers around. The hammers he tosses are in a much slower ratio than the original SMB1 Hammer Bro, however, and won't run forward while tossing many hammers as his original counterpart.
Trivia[]
- There isn't a SMB3 version of the Hammer Bro. He is done via custom graphics.
- Modifying the hammer Hammer Bro. tosses will modify what hammer SMB1 Bowser tosses as well.
